This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the “Terms of Use” of the Website. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy please do not use this Website. By visiting this Website you (a) unconditionally accept, and agree to be bound by the “Terms of Use” of the Website, read with this Privacy Policy; (b) expressly consent to the collection, receipt, possession, storage, usage, dealing, handling or transfer of your personal information by LLP in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Reference to the term “Website” in these Terms of Use shall include the mobile application Ore Healing Crystals as the case may be, and/or any other software/application through which the User (a) accesses the Website, or (b) purchases the LLP’s products through the Website, as the case may be.
2. OBJECTIVE, SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY
2.1. Totality Corp LLP(“LLP”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects an individual’s privacy and is committed to protecting the same. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is designed to familiarize Users of this Website with (a) the type of information that Users may share with the LLP, or that the LLP will collect from the Users; (b) practices and policies of the LLP relating to collection, storage, disclosure, dealing, transfer, etc. of information pertaining to Users; (c) purpose of collection and usage of such information, and related matters. This Policy does not apply to Personal Information collected from you offline (unless otherwise specified), to LLP’s websites that do not link to this Policy, to Customers of countries other than India, or to third-party websites to which the Website may link.

By accessing and/or using our website and providing the information as explained in this Policy, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the Website in accordance with this Policy, including but not limited to your consent for sharing your information as per this Policy. We encourage you to read this Policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information. If you are not comfortable with any of the terms or policies described in this Policy, you may choose to discontinue usage of the Website.
2.3. Further, you agree and consent to receive all communications related to our services on the mobile number provided by you to the LLP, even if such mobile number is registered under the DND/NCPR list under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 (“TRAI Regulations”). Notwithstanding your registration with the National Do Not Call Registry (In Fully or Partly blocked category under the National Customer Preference Register set up under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India), you hereby express your interest and accord informed consent to receive communications (including commercial communications) in relation to the LLP’s services. You further confirm that no communication to you from the LLP or on behalf of the LLP shall be construed as Unsolicited Commercial Communication under the TRAI Regulations and you have specifically opted to receive communications in this regard on the mobile number provided by you.
2.4. For the purpose of this Policy, the term “Personal Information” shall mean any information that relates to you, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with the LLP, is capable of identifying you, which is submitted to and/or collected over the Website and maintained by the LLP in an accessible form, provided that, any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as Personal Information for the purposes of this Policy.
3. HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We communicate with you through a variety of means and channels, including our Website, email, phone, or text messaging on your mobile phone, although we do generally note that our preferred means of communication is email which has the least impact on the environment. When you submit your Personal Information on our Website: The LLP collects and stores the Personal Information that you provide while using our website including when you enter your Personal Information into data fields on the Website as part of a voluntary registration process. The LLP limits itself to collect information that is necessary to ensure accurate services and is required to process your order of the Product or provide a refund and continually improve our products and services.

LLP may request for, collect, or gather such “Information” (which shall include data) as it deems necessary, relevant, or incidental for rendering an improved experience to Users and for other purposes as specified below. Further, the Website may require you to register yourself and/or provide your account credentials for availing various services, deals/cash backs/discounts, etc. All such Information collected by us is stored in our highly secured servers.

Such non-personal Information would include without limitation information such as geographical location of the User, type of browser, operating system of the user’s device, details of usage of the Website, etc. Such non-personal Information is collected through various ways including by placing “cookies”, i.e. text files placed on your computer, to help the Website analyze how users use the site. Further, subject to Applicable Law, the non-personal financial Information of the User may also include financial information of the User which may be used at an aggregated level for the purposes indicated in the following paragraph.

5. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?

5.2. The legal basis on which we collect your Personal Information:
• Performance of a Contract: some of the Personal Information processed is performed on the basis that it is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you. An example of this would be when we process your Personal Information for delivering the Products ordered by you on our Website.
• Legitimate Interest: legitimate interests will include where we send you marketing information about our products and communicate with you in order to serve you better.

The payment information is provided directly by you, via the Website, into the PCI/DSS-compliant payment processing service to which the LLP subscribes, and the LLP does not, itself, process or store the payment information, except as stated herein. Further, these intermediaries are not permitted to store, retain, or use your billing information for any purpose except for payment processing on our behalf.
5.4. If you use the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information and password. You are responsible for restricting access to your computer, mobile device, etc., and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your password. We cannot secure any information that you release on your own, that you request us to release, or that is released through another third party to whom you have given access.
5.5. In case of our customer care support, we may record calls for quality and training purposes.

13. THIRD PARTY ANALYTICS
13.1. We use third-party analytics services to evaluate your use of the Website, compile reports on activity, collect demographic data, analyze performance metrics, and collect and evaluate other information relating to the Website and mobile and internet usage. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our Customers based on previous visits to our Website and other sites on the Internet. We, along with third-party vendors such as Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding the Customer interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our Website.
13.4. The Customers can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. Alternatively, you can opt-out by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative Opt-Out page or by using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
14. EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
14.1. We provide you with a means for submitting your resume or other information through our website for consideration for employment opportunities at the LLP. Information received through resume submissions will be kept confidential. We may contact you for additional information to supplement your resume, and we may use your information within the LLP, or keep it on file for future use, as we make our hiring decisions.
15. CHILDREN
