THROAT CHAKRA
The throat chakra, also known as the vishuddha chakra in Sanskrit, is located at the base of the neck. It serves as the person's internal and exterior power of expression and individual truth. A healthy throat chakra serves to liberate us from the fear of being judged or the desire for acceptance from others. This chakra assists us in embracing our individuality and new experiences in the world. It is associated with the concept of truth since it is also linked to purity.

The throat chakra is in charge of verbal and non-verbal expression; healthy and stable conversation; establishing a balance between speaking and listening; seeking and sharing of truth; social skills; and personal integrity and dignity. It also works closely with the sacral chakra: while the sacral chakra regulates creativity, it is the throat chakra that permits the individual to share those creative thoughts rather than repressing them for fear of others' judgment.
You could struggle with creative expression and communication when your throat chakra is blocked or out of alignment. Throat chakra issues can also cause medical ailments such as thyroid imbalance, hoarseness, and auditory difficulty. Chakra stones are said to be able to restore the throat chakra's equilibrium.
