SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA
The third chakra, often known as the Solar Plexus Chakra or Manipura, is placed just above the navel and reaches all the way up to the sternum. It spins in the area around the abdomen, above the belly button, and up to the breastbone. Manipura means "lustrous gem" in Sanskrit. The Manipura chakra represents the power of change, self-esteem, and warrior spirit. It also serves as a source of personal glory. This nurtures your most profound relationships with perseverance, self-discipline, and self-esteem. The Solar Plexus Chakra represents an ability to turn ideas or lethargic energy into action.

Many of our traumatic experiences are retained in the body and continue to influence our cognitive patterns and actions. People who grew up in strict families were either intimidated or were subjected to physical or emotional abuse frequently struggle to balance the third chakra. Healing from the past and reestablishing the solar plexus chakra's balance can be facilitated through therapy, family support, and healthy pursuits.

When the Solar Plexus Chakra is in harmony, a person radiates confidence without coming off as arrogant and has a feeling of direction. When out of balance, a person may experience challenges with control, decision-making, and poor self-esteem.
Imbalances in the solar plexus chakra: Imbalances can appear in the physical body as exhaustion, overeating, extra fat around the stomach, and digestive system problems such as ulcers, diabetes, and hypoglycemia.

Crystals for the solar plexus: special stones and their varying energy qualities have an impact on each chakra. The tiger's eye has a strong impact on the solar plexus chakra. When balancing your solar plexus chakra, meditate with tiger's eye or carry the crystals with you to allow the energy characteristics to assist in restoring chakra balance.
